The Wheels Day Event
This event happens on Good Friday at either beggining of April or end of March, well when ever good Friday falls. For 2009 its Friday 10th April.
The Surrey Street Rodders hold their annual event of all things hot rod, custom, classic and Yank with the Wheels Day bash at Rushmoor Arena.
Wheels Day 2008 was a superb show, just like all the others previous. Great turn out, weather not as good as 2007, lets hope 2009 will be as better.

What will be there
Expect to see well over 2000 cars at this event ranging from Street Rods, Custom Cars, American, Bikes, Vans, Classic, Historic and Dragsters, you name it they will be there. Show opens to the public to 10am. Refreshments and food available, fun fair, trade and craft stands and music all day. Don’t miss the next Wheels Day in 2008, it’s a great day out, its on Easter Friday every year. This is a superb show to kick of the show season, hopefully seeing some cars that have been kept off the roads over the winter and the owners taking them out for a play.
Refreshments / Stands
At Wheels Day there refreshments available (including beer for non-drivers) a fun fair for the kids, trade stands and auto jumble, craft stalls and music all day.
Opening Times and Entry Fees
Wheels Day opens to the public at 10:00am with show cars arriving earlier and the show closes at 4:00pm. Entry is £5.00 per person, children and OAPs are free. To get in, that is.

Wheels Day 2009 Meeting Places
Many clubs meet and convoy into the Wheels Day show ground. One of the meeting places is Morrisons car park in Horndean. People from the Southampton Area meet at the M3 Fleet services. The M3 services gets pretty full, so many Corvettes and many other spectacular cars, its like a show on it own. It you want to organise meeting places or find out where people are meeting check out our forum.
Solent Renegades - Morrisons in Horndean leaving around 8am.
Mustang owners Club - Tesco's Aldershot 8am.
CCCUK - Fleet Services Northbound M3 - leaving at 9.15am sharp.
