• Waterlooville Classic Car Show 2015

Saturday 4th July 2015 is the annual Classic Motor Show in Waterlooville Town Centre, a popular free family fun day out 10am to 3pm. Last year the sun was shining.

This event has been going for many years, if you haven't been, then why not..

Waterlooville Business Association and Havant Borough Council work together to organise this prestigious event, which sees the precinct lined up with many classic and american cars, trucks, Harley Davidson's, scooters, fire engines and tractors for people to view. The show cars all park in the precinct for the public to walk around.
Visitors will be able to speak with the owners of their vehicles to discover the history and see both inside and out to get a real feel for motoring through the decades.

Renegades Meeting point:- Meeting up the hill for around 9.00am, to leave the hill at 9:10am to convoy to the Heroes car park entrance of Waterlooville precinct.

There were 4 trophies prizes that were given out for various categories:-
    • Mayor's Choice - Car
    • Mayor's Choice - American Car
    • Mayor's Choice - Motorbike
    • Mayor's Choice - Harley Davidson

Less than a month to go to this one. Wont be long before we get the passes in the post that I can hand out on the hill on the day.

Barry (Matt's Dad) came across the ad in the Meon Valley News June 2015 for the Waterlooville show.

Its a nice local one, probably about 60 cars at most, and many bikes parked up in the precinct. Will do a bit of shopping while I'm there as its a friend's birthday get together that evening.
Last year someone commented on facebook how much it costs to park around waterlooville. I said if you parked in the precinct its totally free and posted a picture of my car being the only one left after the show. They thought I just parked it up in the precinct to avoid parking charges, etc.. lol

Good to see you there Terry. We had a great turn out, catch up again soon.

26 vehicles I believe. Although we only had 20 passes, the passed are no checked, ran it past the marshals parking people up, he said there is no problem having a few more if there if room for us to park he will fit us in.

Great day out, the day went soo quick. 3pm came around fast. Had a good breakfast in the Denmead Queen, along with many other club members. Also done a bit of Asda shopping too
